| 抄録: | As for the personnel dispatching market in Japan the gradual deregulation is going advanced. While contract labor at the manufacturing factories (sector) was admitted, the labor by dispatching of capable men was not so. With the opening of dispatching the demand for dispatching to relatively simple work area will be expanding. The expansion of demand for dispatching changes also the employment circumstances for university students. Now in this paper we intend to predict how the employment circumstances for university students changes and to study it after 1 year. |
